The award winning ActiveAbility programme is all about making sports and activity accessible to individuals with a disability throughout the Solent region – no matter what your disability, you can get involved.

How does the programme work?

We run a 8 week sustainable timetable which you can view below.

This features a range of activities that run 7 days a week. Remember that you can also book tailormade bookings where we can supply equipment, coaches and facilities - just get in touch with a member of the team for a conversation.

Who is ActiveAbility for?

ActiveAbility makes sport and exercise accessible for disabled adults and children.

We have sessions that suit everyone no matter what disability you have, making sport inclusive for all.

What do I need to do to get involved?

The next bit is easy – just turn up!

Just turn up to any of our activities and our fully inclusive and experienced coaches will make you feel welcome. If you want to chat through what might be best for you, or register for one of our popular NHS supported classes, just contact the Active Communities Team.

Who's involved?

We pride ourselves on our partnership approach to making sport and exercise accessible to all however with over 35 years experience between them, our core Active Communities Team are on hand to point you in the right direction.

We can guide you through the first steps to activity or help you overcome the barriers you may face to sports and exercise.

By working with various partners within the region, ActiveAbility really is the first port of call for making sport and exercise accessible to disabled adults.
